With advanced standard features that include flat free, non-scuffing low-profile tires and wraparound Delta tiller, the Victory 10 is a greater value than ever before.
The sturdy and stable Victory 10 4-wheel is the only scooter in its price range with a generous 400 pound weight capacity to accommodate more users.
